Peace. As far as Down Magazine, I have to say that I worked with the founder at the source, and please don't hold that against either of us. J-Mill is one of the most true-to-the-game, straight-up, and honest people I've ever worked with in my 18 years in the music business. He has a profound love for all crunk shit, and e'thing to come from the 'durty. He goes waaaaay back on some down south shit, back with DJ Screw and DJ Jimi (the J, the I, the M, the I, it's JIMI). For any fan of Southern rap and Hip Hop music, Down will undoubtedly become the Holy Qu'ran of mags. And for those who ain't crunk, it'll undoubtedly create some converts.

News report on President Clinton's visit to the tsunami hit areas of South East Asia:

Sri Lankans ask President Bill Clinton to speak out against Hot 97

Stranger writes "Sri Lankans have appealed to former US President to speak out against Emmis Radio, Hot 97-the New York radio station and their cruel tsunami song prior to his visits to the tsunami hit region in his capacity as the special envoy of the United Nations.

President Bill Clinton is scheduled to visit Indonesia and Sri Lanka in May or June this year. President Clinton and President George Bush Sr visited the tsunami hit countries in February this year - they were moved to see so much devastation.

Miss Tarsha Jones and Hot 97 played a cruel and nasty tsunami song mocking those who had suffered so much as a result of the tsunami. Sri Lankans have called on President George Bush to fine Emmis Radio and Hot 97 for playing the tsunami continously on air. They are also calling for the resignation of Emmis Radio President Richard Cummings.

Newspapers in Sri Lanka have been highly critical of Hot 97's tsunami song. The Sunday Island newspaper in Colombo said it was disgusting. They were appalled by the song. Sri Lankans have urged UN Envoy President Bill Clinton to speak out against Emmis Radio and Hot 97. The FCC are yet to act on thousands of complaints from around the world against Emmis Radio and Hot 97 and Miss Tarsha Jones has been re-instated at Hot 97.

Those wishing to complain against Emmis Radio, Hot 97, Miss Tarsha Jones and the tsunami song have been requested to contact President Bill Clinton at - The William J. Clinton Foundation

I've managed to save up roughly $21088 in my bank account, but I'm not sure if I should buy a house or not. Do you think the market is stable or do you think that home prices will decrease by a lot?
