Further evidence of how far hip hop has permeated mass popular culture. Hip Hop parodies actually feature decent-ish rapping now instead of emabrassingly old school flows.

I'm with ian. Loved the spelling bee sketch. LOVED IT. I cried so hard I couldn't breathe. Freaked out my dog.

That spelling bee sketch was the most boring, drawn out, bad excuse for 'filler' that I've ever seen on SNL. Horrible.

The spelling bee sketch didn't hit me as funny, it was tooooooooooo drawn out. But the Chronic of Narnia rap was one of the funniest things I've seen in a long time! After that sketch how can anyone take gangsta rap seriously? Oh well, there's no accounting for taste!

I know I saw It. It was the Most hilarious sketch I have ever seen! Even Better Than The CowBell sketch! Me and My Sister Do Nothing But Rap To It! Man Plus Andy Samberg It Freakin Hot!!!!

Funnier than the cow bell sketch?!?! Are you retarded???? The cow bell sketch is the greatest ever simply because of Christopher Walken.

    I NEED more cow bell!!!

This is by far the most creative and original segment that has been featured on SNL in a long time. I generally don't care for rap, but this one is actually quite good (both in it's OWN right AND as parody!), and I've enjoyed watching it several times!

If only the rest of the show could be that consistently funny!
