The user who posted that video doesn't get out much. There's a large African population in Beijing - bigger than in many parts of Asia.
You can see students, diplomats, and business people all over the place in Beijing.
If you go out at night in the university area you can meet people from everywhere as well.
The hicks from the country still stare at white people too.
It's not like that crappy toy is a trend or anything. And it's not like everyone in China is buying that sh*t.
