I just want to say that Kanye says everything that we are all thinking about, but since we may not be celebrities our voices don't get heard. I just pulled this page up on a search after heariong an interview with Kanye here on the radio in Scotland!

I've been really interested in Kanye's lyrics and attitudes over the past year or so, and as someone who used to hate the church, and has now really grown to believe that "Jesus Walks" in some very powerful ways, i was really encouraged by some of the stuff Mr West was getting out there.

However, having heard his interview yesterday, i can firmly say that regardless of what he says in his songs, Kanye doesn't seem to have any heart-felt desire to include Jesus in anything other than his lyric, and bragged on and on in his interview about the women he slept with, the money he makes, and apologised to his Christian Grandmother that he wasn't at all interested in carrying on her faith. That doesn't make him a bad person at all! But it does clarify matters in my head.

Not quite sure why everyone's gettng so mad about things either! Name-calling and putting each other down just seems a bit daft doesn't it?!

As a postscrip, my friend Helen's being playing violin with Kanye while he's over here in the UK, and has said that he's a very talented and creative guy, but about as arrogant as it gets!

No, Bush didn't cause Hurricane Katrina but, anyone in their right mind can see that the response was in no way what it should have been here in the U.S. It is sad to see that 1.
