August 12, 2008Jay-Z "Jockin Jay-Z" - Full Song & LyricsThis track is first glimpse of Jay-Z's "Blueprint 3" album, supposedly all produced by Kanye but I'll believe that when I see it. What's y'all's verdict? Song above, first seen at nah right. Wonder if Obama'll have to apologize for getting mentioned in this one? My stab at the lyrics is below: -------------- I see you jockin Jay-z cuz he got a mercedes and you know about his ladies I see you Jockin Jay-Z Jockin Jay-Z
I see you Jockin Jay-Z Jockin Jay-Z that bloke from Oasis said I couldn't play guitar I see you Jockin Jay-Z Jockin Jay-Z you ain't gotta jock jay-z jock fly shit I see you Jockin Jay-Z Jockin Jay-Z Comments
this is the hardest shit out....Word for Word who fucks with Hov....this nigga is the reason yall muthafuckas think the way u think....Jockin Jay -Z Posted by: Kwest of Big Kidz Ent. at August 12, 2008 11:07 AM Damn... Posted by: CSRealist at August 12, 2008 11:14 AM Yo thanks for the shout yo, what's the haps on Big Kidz? Posted by: Jay Z at August 12, 2008 1:25 PM ooh-wee, i'm like the camouflage [???] Posted by: Armani at August 12, 2008 1:51 PM ooh-wee, i'm like the camouflage [???] Posted by: Armani at August 12, 2008 1:51 PM ooh-wee, i'm like the camouflage [???] Posted by: Armani at August 12, 2008 1:51 PM ooh-wee, i'm like the camouflage [???] Posted by: Armani at August 12, 2008 1:52 PM Wow...this song is complete and utter trash. How is this song "hard"? Kwest of Big Kidz Ent, you may wanna listen to some other rap music if you think this is hard. This is as soft as a marshmallow. Jay-Z is and will always be a legend, but it's really time to dude to retire. He's getting worse and worse. Posted by: mike simpson at August 12, 2008 2:07 PM Jay-Z is and always will be where it's at. One of the best rappers alive. Point Blank. Posted by: lady at August 12, 2008 2:17 PM It's better than Show Me What You Got and Blue Magic put it that way. Expect Obama to denounce him and issue the following statement, " This is not the Jay-Z I knew". Didn't Timbaland said he was doing the whole album? But now Kanye doing it? Posted by: Eay My Shorts at August 12, 2008 2:52 PM Just Blaze claimed to do tracks on there too....I don't believe it will be all one producer. Posted by: Juicy Jones at August 12, 2008 6:59 PM This song is piff Posted by: sunny at August 12, 2008 9:29 PM To use an Andre 3000 line.... "Jay-z out there Brett Favrin..." and i mean that in every sense of the metaphor. Posted by: Mr Rogers at August 12, 2008 10:12 PM To use an Andre 3000 line.... "Jay-z out there Brett Favrin..." and i mean that in every sense of the metaphor. Posted by: Mr Rogers at August 12, 2008 10:13 PM when i first heard this track i was like ehh its alright, then when i read the lyrics with it i was like ehh its better but its not "H to the izzo" its no "hard knock life". It's like when i first heard "Blue magic" i was like ok that albums gonna be trash, and the album was pretty sick so im gonna take this as just a song that might not make the album, if it does, then hopefully the rest of the album will be hot Posted by: specialkizzy at August 12, 2008 10:34 PM it's too easy, i got ladies on soldiers showing me their chi-chis(?) He's talking about their tit's for crying out loud! How difficult is that to figure out? Have you never been to a rock concert? (that bloke from Oasis said I couldn't play guitar And Jay does NOT need to retire. He's doing it because he loves it and is having fun. If you don't like it then don't listen to him and don't buy his albums. I'm sure for every one person who doesn't buy it, 10 will and they will love it! I think the song is great and I'm sure the album will be also. Of course I also don't have a negative attitude towards everything which seems to be the current popular trend anymore. Posted by: jiggafan7 at August 12, 2008 11:27 PM i see you jockin jay Z^ im expecting this to album to be pretty hit n miss Posted by: Steve Irwin at August 13, 2008 4:21 AM I luv it. Can't wait for Blueprint 3. The best rapper alive!! Posted by: mBh at August 13, 2008 7:29 AM Hot but got other tracks called Swag way better, but he had to put this out first cuz he performed it @ the Kanye concert. Also kanye went to Germany to drop off 10 tracks hov took 7, just, swizz, and pharell are yet to put any tracks on it cuz Kanye crushed them with production. Just a promo track still better then 98% of the rappers out there. He is Bret Farvin but who cares bout are hall of fame and historic caliber. We will see what happens when he's gone! Posted by: Khnaz at August 13, 2008 4:19 PM Like many of his cuts before, we won't really appreciate it artistically until until we reflect back on it while comparing it to his latest album, so stop fighting it,... just enjoy it..., let the hate go for a sec--you know he always comes with the "flow of the century"..., always timeless..., "Hov!",we're "Jockin Jay-Z right now, cause we're postin comments about it now and you know rappers gotta bite the flow, they're just gonna wait a little longer before they do this time so they can feel like they are "saving face". Ya'll know what it is. Stop frontin' and just enjoy the cut.
