Wow, looks like hiphopinfinity.com, known as the mecca of the anti-con/emo-rap demographic (though to be fair many of their regulars didn't fit that description) is shutting their doors for good. Sorry to see you go, guys..
Wonder where all the denizens of their message boards will relocate to?

Damn . . . yet another bittersweet opportunity to feast on the corpse of a hip hop institution - 33% off! I'm all about that! Although I don't really feel all that terrible about it - the shit they pulled on Big Jus was scandalous, and their reviews in general were always on the very margins of literacy. Not to kick a man when he's down, but I'm just saying. Plus, they never would let me on those damn boards.
I mean, uh, sorry to see you go . . .

I used to go there everyday. Many of us HHI heads have relocated to Hip-hop Site which came out with message boards 2 weeks after the HHI ones went down.
I hate it when forums disappear...a lot of great conversations happened at that place and now there's no way to archive them.

that big juss review was hilarious! why did people have such a problem with it. i've had my problems with hhi and their staff, and i usually buy at ugsmag.com but still, it sucks to see the boards go.
