However, having heard his interview yesterday, i can firmly say that regardless of what he says in his songs, Kanye doesn't seem to have any heart-felt desire to include Jesus in anything other than his lyric, and bragged on and on in his interview about the women he slept with, the money he makes, and apologised to his Christian Grandmother that he wasn't at all interested in carrying on her faith. That doesn't make him a bad person at all! But it does clarify matters in my head.

It's amazing how ignorant we still are in 2006. Just like everyone else in the world Kanye has issues. I am totally appalled by a lot of the things that have been coming out of Kanyes mouth lately, but even more appalled by the things that have been posted here. His comment about Bush may have very well been true. But, obviously there are many others (as shown here on this website) that feel the same way. The hanging comments are totally ridiculous. No, Bush didn't cause Hurricane Katrina but, anyone in their right mind can see that the response was in no way what it should have been here in the U.S. It is sad to see that 1. Anyone would even compare themselves to Christ and 2. That after all these years and all African Americans many valuable contributions to this society that there are still racist ignorant bigots in this world.
