Why You Can't Post Comments Lately
The discussion you guys contribute is the main thing that keeps me blogging, so I gotta apologize if you've had any trouble commenting lately.. Our database server has been breaking down, which prevents me from updating the site, and stops you from having your say.. I've got good people working on it, and it should be fixed before too long. In the meantime if the site's not letting you post a comment please send it to me, and i'll either let you know when we're up again, or add the reply in for you if you want.
Shoutout to Janine, Belve, Trusouth, Joe Grossberg, JohnnyUnitus, Novaslim, Clyde, Hashim, the LJ fam, the chatroom crew, and of course the infamous BP... who am I forgetting?

I noticed yesterday that the comment feature was out of commission, but it seems to be working now. I guess I'll be your first comment since they've been back up.
I see your blog archive dates back 3 years ago, and in that time, you've posted some really good stuff. I look forward to what you've got in store for the future!

Shout out to you too, Smooth.
But can somebody please tell us about the MEF 420 album?
I haven't heard anything.

hey black people do you mean 420 or 421? there was a post about 420 not to long ago.

you're right it's called 421. I just went to the record store and bought it. I'm bout to listen to it.
I copped a bunch of soul blaxploitation soundtracks and I gotta get that special herbs 1 and 2 mf doom jawn. they were out. I'm so late on that.
but I can't seem to find the classic: jam on it by newcleus.
Damn, i violated. Pete rock and primo was like stop doing that shit.
But nobody was looking. So I got those strictly breaks comps. one is the brand nubian jawn and the other is the black sheep one.
these comps have the original cuts that were sampled by the artists on 'em.
and I never seen plantation inn by the markeys anywhere or I'll say it again by sweet linda divine.
beatheads and dj know what I'm talkin about.
I violated.
but I confessed.
so I'm atoned.
and all is forgiven.
Now I'm waitin' for the eagles vs. giants game.
