Nora the Piano-Playing Cat! (VIDEO)

Nora the piano playing cat has been an internet superstar for a while now, but now she's taken it to the next level, actually playing with an orchestra!

The five year Philadelphia native Nora had a concerto written especially for her, by a composer in Lithuania, and an orchestra there performed the piece by playing live alongside a video projection of Nora's solo recital. Quite an achievement for a Philadelphia house cat!

According to Nora's owner "This is not a trick taught to Nora. She began sitting at the piano at about one-year-old. She's almost four now. She plays only when the mood strikes her, which is usually several time a times a day for short periods."

It really intriguing how Nora seems to study and imitate the human who plays alongside her. I wish I could get my cat to do the same! She loves to sit on top of the piano and attack my hands whenever i try to play.
