Death Row Chaplain Trouble?


In a strange case, a death row chaplain in Texasgot busted smuggling letters on behalf of a death row inmate, possibly connected to that inmates online threats against state officials.

All mail from inmates is supposed to be screened, and this particular guy was known to send threats out to people, so it would seem to be extremely poor judgment by the chaplain to sneak things out on his behalf. Authorities had been trying to figure out how the inmate was getting these threats out to website that was posting them, since they thought they were screening all of his communication, so now prison officials are looking into whether this chaplain was the unwitting middleman for these leaks. He needs to be dismissed right then.Smuggling out letters for a condemned inmate who has threaten a state lawmaker,and that man's family.The chaplain should face time in prison for what he had don.( Chaplain should need to know the law of the prison system )
