Another proof Japanese love to copycat. The back of it as well as part of the front look like a modified Lamborghini. It was not that long back that the Toyota MR2 had the look of Porsche Boxter.
Thing is all the copycatting in the world will not make the copy as good as the original. I would not pay a dime to drive it and if I got one for free, I would sell it to get real European wheels.

Get a life bro'. If you're talking about getting one for free to trade it.....then you can't even afford it (lol).

Seriously. You just sounded extremely stuck up and ignorant. You would be lucky to get a MR2 for free let alone a $375,000 Lexus super car. Between the lambo and the lexus, you would be saving a ton on maintenance with the lexus.

Not bad, front totally looks like the supra, if you look closer and rear looks like mr2, Cost way 2 much. I wouldn't pay that much money, if I had the money but thats just me. Over all I like the car, pretty sweet but they need to reduce the price tag

This culture needs to find another life! It's a 'freakin' automobile, at a price most would pay for a home to live in! OK..50-100K I could see. But 350K....with all that music and hype....for whom??...give me a break!!

they can have it. i will stick to envying those who own sportcars that have been made by the true builders. overpriced for a Toyota. suprised there is no TRD sticker anywhere..

Posted by: fatih at October 24, 2009 9:14 AM

lets put it this way they only make 500 a year . buy it for 375 and sell it for 500. who cares if you like it use you head thers a 2 year waiting list already sounds like you guys dont have any money so sad !!!!!

It looks like a Skyline or GT-R. Very similar lines. I am sure it is WAY more tricked out than the Nissan, but for the cost, give me Godzilla. I might actually be able to afford a GT-R in my life time. Still, looks and sounds GREAT. Bet it rides even better. I still say BRING BACK THE SUPRA!

It looks nice, but nowhere near exotic as a Ferrari or a Lamborghini. For $375,000, I think I'll get a new Ferrari Italia or a Lambo Murcielago.

"great"

Posted by: chuwit at October 24, 2009 2:14 PM

That is way better than a Lamborghini!!!!!! When have u ever seen a broken down japenese car? Ive seen Ferrari, Lamborghini, most eurpoean garbage break down.....but never in my life ive seen asian cars like lexus, toyota or even honda break down. Hands Down Ill take the LFA anytime and yes would love to have that for free. But not those european garbage!!!

Posted by: svnlot at October 24, 2009 2:25 PM

price point is way too high...at 375K you are competing with aston martin, lambo, ferrari, etc. lexus cannot be in the same conversation as those brands.

Posted by: norm at October 24, 2009 2:28 PM

A soon as you drive it off the lot it's only going to be worth $200,000. LMAO!!

Posted by: Tessy at October 24, 2009 4:57 PM

i think if i was going to pay this much money on a sports car, i would just buy a Lamborghini, or maybe a ferrari, but I really don't like the way the back of this car looks, and I agree with the past post it looks a bit like a skyline, and Lexus is basically a toyota. I wonder what sucker is waiting in line to put down those bills on a Toyota? LOL

Posted by: camil saad at October 24, 2009 7:04 PM

WOW a HIGHLY OVER PRICED Toyota.. it's over priced by 345 K that car should be about 30k to 35k unless it has solid gold interior, then maybe 85k.
No one is going to put 375k up for a TOYOTA..
I almost pissed my pants laughing.

Posted by: john O at October 24, 2009 7:20 PM

T O Y O T A LEXUS..no matter how you spell it or how much money it will always be a TOYOTA...LOL..too funny
go back to the engineering room boys n girls what are you thinking.
Hey guys look what on the weekend a 375K LEXUS(TOYOTA) !!!!Lexus is TOYOTA you can spell a crap car any way you want it will still be a crap over priced car..

Posted by: john O at October 24, 2009 7:31 PM

Looks a lot like the crossfire with a breed of other bits and pieces. For $375K, I'd buy a vacation home!

Posted by: Sharon at October 24, 2009 8:06 PM

I agree. My opinion...Id choose the Lex over the Lambo...(1) everyone has a lambo these days. (2) lambo is nothing special/exclusive anymore. (3) You'de save sooooo much more money with an everlasting engine made by Toyota than a Lambo- screwed up tranny, and everything else. I want people to guess what Im driving when they're sitting next to me at the light....its easy to spot a Lambo a mile away. If im going to spend $375,000.....Best bet Im gonna get something that will last...regardless of how it looks.

Posted by: Vgs300 at October 24, 2009 8:51 PM

Oh and for you haters that want to do something else with your money....DO IT!! This POST has NOTHING to do with..."What would u do with $375,000??" If i was given $375k, of course i wouldnt buy this car, id invest in a home and other more important things.....But this post isnt about that is it?? Now If I had all the money in the world....then yeah, I'd add this to my collection of supercars. Im a collector...collectors dont care how much they cost...u just gotta have one of each. So stop hating.

Posted by: Vgs300 at October 24, 2009 8:56 PM

Read it and weep:

The specifications of the new rear-drive Lexus supercar are impressive: a 4.8-liter V10 with 560 ps (552 bhp), 354 lb-ft torque, a zingy 9,000 rpm redline, six-speed sequential gearbox, 0-62 mph in 3.7 seconds, and a top speed of 202 mph.

And we haven't even gotten to its superb handling.

Posted by: Kelly at October 24, 2009 9:10 PM

If those are the actual specs. on this car, than it seems to me that it is no doubt a supercar. I own a Lexus and it is by far the most dependable bullet-proof car I have ever owned. Lexus set out to take on the luxury market and have succeeded, why couldn't they be successful in producing a performance car. They sure have taken their time in putting it in production so they must have wanted to get it right.

Posted by: Jon at October 24, 2009 11:43 PM

I can't help but notice all the broke nitwits posting here making fun of the Lexus LFA supercar....calling it a Toyota, or other common cars they must here their mommies and daddies talk about. etc. Most of you degenerate, broke, morons couldn't even afford a toy car at WalMart. Now run along kiddies, your Mommy is calling for you. You guys are way too obvious. Jeeez!

Posted by: John at October 25, 2009 12:07 AM

Ill take the new NSX over it anyday......

Posted by: Anonymous at October 25, 2009 2:21 AM

With only 500 built. It is definitely a collector that will be resold at an auction. I didn't realize it was going to be tgat rare abd cost so much. It is definitely out of my price range. Guess I'll wait for the new Corvette to come out in 2012 :)
