What a thing to say. I think in america it goes thus. Innocent till proven guilty. Did Jeff Picower know madoff was a ponzi specialist, or was he just lucky.

Most of those who invested with madoff should have been more carefull. They went after better returns instead of safer returns. Higher the risk, higher the returns. It all boils down to greed. And the greedy got their punishment.

Some got out while the going was good. It important to know is, did they get out knowing that madoff was going to get caught.

So to the two coments above. - GET A LIFE? I'm sure you too said what you said only because it was not you with the 7 billion

The "love" of money is the root of all evil. NOT money.

Money is not evil persons are evil. It is not the money, it is what you do with the money because if you do good to other with the money you are blessed. God give you free will and choices it is up to us to do the right choice.

Too bad he couldn't take Madoff with him. They both deserve very painful, slow deaths. May he NOT rest in peace as the ones he robbed have no peace either.
