In January 2009 Mary Cheney, daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney, landed a high profile position as a principal at the Navigators Global firm, specializing in lobbying and PR.

Today Navigators announced that Mary Cheney has joined the public relations firm's Washington, D.C. office as a vice president in the strategic communications practice.
