Jermaine Jackson is declaring verbal war on two of America's most powerful organizations: the FBI, and TMZ.

Jermaine is furious at TMZ for reporting that he is on a list of people who could file a creditor's claim against his own brother Michael's estate, which he says TMZ is not reporting accurately. TMZ stands by their report though. A creditor's claim helps you in disputes over someone's will and estate in court, when you believe you should be receciving more money than you did. For the FBI, Jermaine says they should have released all their documents about Michael Jackson before he died, since Jermaine believes they show that years of FBI investigation failed to find any evidence of wrongdoing by Michael.

Despite the fact that his name is on court documents listing people who could potentially file a creditor's claim against the MJ estate, Jermaine called that story "s**t" and ripped TMZ for not knowing the "facts." but TMZ says fact is -- his name is on the list -- clear as day. As for the FBI, Jermaine shredded them for waiting so long to release the MJ files saying, "Why didn't they release these files -- showing they had nothing on Michael -- while he was alive?"
