Boob Job: the sequel? Heidi Montag thinks too much is never enough when it comes to her boob job, and now she's going back for more!

Only a couple of months after her extremely controversial battery of cosmetic surgery procedures that completely transformed her, she is reportedly going in again for more plasting surgery to make her breasts even bigger, or is it biggerrer.

According to an inside source: "She wants to do it within the next two months and film it for the new TV show she and Spencer have been pitching to cable networks E! and Oxygen. She feels forced into it because she didn't get what she wanted last time. She's not going to be satisfied until they're bigger."

Reportedly she is going back for more because Ryan Seacrest told her the breasts don't look all that big, trying to pay her a compliment and say they look good and healthy, and she took it the wrong way and thought he meant they weren't big enough. Yikes.

It seems Heidi Montag's 13 plastic surgeries weren't enough after all -- Spencer Pratt says his wife wants to enlarge her breasts again, the new issue of Life & Style reveals. The kicker? "Heidi's purportedly looking to have the surgery done in Europe rather than by an American-board-certified doctor," the mag reports. "When Heidi woke up from the anesthesia [last time], she was angry [her breasts] weren't bigger. She said she wanted to punch the doctor in the face," Spencer tells Life & Style. "I try to stop her. She'll do what she wants with her body."
