Sorry to piss on the parade here but this album is lyrically and musically very very weak. Anyone remember the first time you heard a Pharrell production? It was different, fresh and he had something to say...How things change.
He now has NOTHING to say other than phantom, rocks, BBC and private jets (everything he used to be against)....same ol same ol.
And then there's the production, same drum sounds, same keys, same melodies and who the f**k told him he could sing?
Basically Pharrell has started believing his own hype and slowly begun to disappear up his own ass.
Slim Thug is the best thing on this album and 'Young Girl' isn't worthy of Jay Z's appearance.
Pharrell, stick to the production side of things. Snoop, Clipse, Slim Thug etc... all great albums. This is garbage. Timberland, Dr Dre & Kanye are in a different league. End of.
