I usually like Mandy and when I saw this link I thought it'd be cool to see her let let the funk flow a little. Sorry to see she sucked all the soul out instead, and made "Umbrella" sound like something Magnetic Fields left off their new album cuz it was too depressing. Please, please, please never do any Prince covers, Mandy. I'm saying this because I love you.
Kanye West lays some treats on the UK hip-hop king Tim Westwood, from his new album "Graduation." The two tracks are named "Big Brother" and "Champion." Neither one blows my mind but they sound decent.. what do you y'all think?
Ti, Diddy, 50, Jay, Kanye Join Forces at Screamfest
At last night's Screamfest. A great moment in hip-hop?
I love the smile on 50's face. As much as he always talks like it's all about the money, and as much as I might loathe half the stuff he puts out, you can't tell me 50 Cent doesn't love hip-hop. I wish he felt more comfortable with expressing that and showing it in his work.
[OOPS! meant to put this in a different blog. guess I'll just leave it now that it's here.]
Kanye West keeps the promotion machine rolling for his new album "Graduation" with a cameo on Entourage, meeting up with the hip-hop kingmaker Turtle. I thought Entourage was slipping in the first half of this season but it's been picking up a bit in the later episodes.
T Pain and Chris Brown get their comedy on in this new video, "Kiss Kiss.." playing different characters an d what not. Seems to be the in thing this year, with Chamillionaire and Yung Joc doing the same among others.. good to see more creativity in these videos, instead of the same err "video vixens" mutely gyrating every 5 minutes
