Emma Stone Blond! (PHOTOS)

Actress Emma Stone is making big news as she has revealed a brand new blond hairdo that's got style and fashion mavens wagging their tongues.

Emma Stone is one of the hottest young actresses in Hollywood, and always has great hairstyles and looks. Since she's starring in the new movie version of Spider-Man, with its new director and cast, she had to get a new hair color, and her blond hair is getting rave reviews.

She was interviewed about the new look and said "Today I went and did hair tests, because I have blonde hair now since Gwen has blonde hair. My natural hair is blonde, so it's kind of nice. I looked in the mirror and said, "Oh my god, it's me again, it's been so long!" We're finalizing the visual stuff."

After naming Andrew Garfield as the actor MTV News is most thankful for in 2010, we went ahead and named a newly blond Emma Stone as the actress we're most thankful for this year. That's how psyched we are about the upcoming reboot of "Spider-Man." Deep into preproduction and gearing up to begin filming in a matter of weeks, Stone took the time to give us a call and chat about creating the look for her character (Parker love-interest Gwen Stacy), hitting up science class for research purposes, and why she'll be freaked out if her face ever pops up on a plastic Burger King cup.

Experts say the contents of your purse can tell someone a lot about who you are as a person. So what can we learn about you from what's inside your high-fashion handbag? San Jose State professor Shirin Gerami

A fox news report gave some insight when they talked to a filmmaker who has done a documentary where she looks into dozens of women's purses, from young kids to senior citizens, and found lots of insight into their lives from the cosmetics, drugs and medicine, and other goodies found in the designer purses.

A professor named Shrin Gerami "From the time we wake up to the time we go to bed, women have been to the office, the doctor, the soccer game, and the grocery store," she says. "The messiness is not reflective of if we're organized or creative, it's reflective of all the things we have to do for everyone else. Of course the hand bag designers are assiduous and take advantage of the situation to the point that we go broke and have back pain."

Since before the time of hunters and gatherers, women have been carrying necessities not only for themselves but for their communities, says Shirin Gerami, a women's studies professor at San Jose State University. "We are following our great-great-grandmothers' advice," Gerami says. "What you need, you take with you. But we also carry what our children, partners, or older parents might need because of our roles as caregivers." Gerami says women lead messy lives, and they are reflected in our purses.

Rihanna has been setting the charts on fire with her singles and albums, and her CDs and iTunes downloads continue to to soar. She will also make a dent in the Grammys through her collaboration with Eminem on "I Love The Way You Lie."

First up to sing was Matt Cardle who did a duet with R&B star Rihanna and sang her hit song 'Unfaithful.' This pairing worked well, and have to say there was a bit of flirtatious fun going on as well, but all within the confines of fun. Next up was Rebecca Fergusan, who was paired up with Christina Aguilera, with the pair performing her song "Beautiful." Again the performance was pretty good, but I couldn't help but feel that Rebecca was a little overwhelmed by it all, but covered fairly well. Third up was the pairing of One Direction did a duet with Take That and solo singer Robbie Williams, performing his huge hit 'She's The One'
