Crooks Ask Police for Directions!

Two criminals on the run in Connecticut made a bad move this week, when they pulled over to talk to police and ask them for directions to the highway!

The thieves were arrested after stealing automotive parts from car repair shops around town, specifically catalytic converters. After they asked for directions and pulled off, the cops noticed that the crooks' livense plates were covered up, so they followed the car onto the highway and pulled it over, and then found the car parts along with tools used to steal them.

Stripping cars for their parts is a common activity for thieves, and these criminals were appparently going around Branford and taking the converters to make illegal money form them, but their stupidity caught up with them. IF only evry crook was this dumb! We'd all be safer on the streets. and have safer parking places for our cars.
