The legendary Duggar family just got even bigger than big, with the addition of a miraculous 19th baby!

The newest kid, Josie, was born in Arkansas last year but hadn't come home until just now, as it stayed in the hospital to make sure it would be healthy. It was supposed to come home in April but one of the other kids had chicken pox, so doctors decided it was better pediatrically to keep the kid away from the house until that illness cleared up.

"It's good to be home," Said the mom of Josie. "It is surreal to be here. It was such a long time we were away. The baby is now a hunky" 9 lbs., 1 oz. She has a double chin now. It is so precious." Best of luck to all of this lovely family!

It's good news for TLC's "19 Kids and Counting" Duggar family who welcomed home their littlest child -- baby Josie, last week. Josie, who was born last year in Arkansas to Jim Bob and Michelle is - after months of hospital care due to her early birth -- finally at home with her other siblings, People reported. As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Josie, the couple's 19th child, was born on December 10 at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences hospital in Arkansas, via emergency c-section. She weighed just 1 lb., 6 oz. at her birth and was placed in the NICU for extended care. She also faced a bowel perforation at just 8 days old.
