Goldman Sachs Wives Refuse To Wait?

Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos

The wives of two Goldman Sachs bosses allegedly went on a tirade in the Hamptons recently, letting the world know that they think waiting is for little people.

Goldman Sachs has been in the news recently, as their heads told employees not to be showy about their money as we all recover from this recession, and some take this Page Six story as evidence that everyone in their subculture is not taking to that lesson so easily.

The story is hardly surprising, I mean isn't rich people acting entitled what the Hamptons were invented for? But it's interesting to see how public sentiment is turning against this sort of wealthy excess, or excess of attitude at least.

Laura Blankfein and her friend Susan Friedman, wife of another Goldman honcho, Richard Friedman, caused a huge scene at Super Saturday in the Hamptons last weekend when they arrived at the event before the noon start time and balked at waiting in line with the other ticket-holders.
