How does Heidi Montag's doctor possibly justify doing that many cosmetic surgery procedures on a perfectly beautiful and healthy young woman? In a single day no less? That is the question many people have been asking, and her cosmetic surgeon is finally speaking out, in this CNN interview.

Heidi Montag, star of "The Hills", recently got a mind-boggling 10 procedures in a single day, and in her first interviews after this radical process seemed unable to move the muscles in her face, and admitted to being in serious pain, but still insisted the plastic surgery was necessary despite her already being perfectly thin and pretty looking with her natural appearance. Many observers including doctors and psychologists have questioned the ethics of this doctor's work on Heidi, but as seen below in the video from CNN, the doctor is staunchly defending his handiwork.
