Fort Hood Defendant Court Drama

The defendant in the Fort Hood Shooting, Nidal Hasan, is abo9ut to go to court and face the music for the deadliest mass shooting in the history of US military bases.

The Major was caught on the scene, after killing 13 people and wounding 33 others, before finally being subdued. Hasan is now paralyzed from the chest down, and appeared in court in a wheelchair has the proceedings began.

Prosecutors are presumably going to seek the death penalty, not surprisngly for this premeditated act of mass murder, against the heroes who volunteer to serve their country. Hasan's defense attorneys meanwhile are asking for more time to prepare their defense and study all of the papers and evidence that has been gathered.
