Scuba-Diving Dog (VIDEO)

A dog is finding fame this week all the way in Vladivostok, Russia, as his owner has successfully taught the dog scuba diving!

The russian man has taught his dachshund, named Boniface, how to scuba dive and even equipped his canine best friend with a custom made diving suit and helmet. The dog is well trained and behaved perfectly as he was suited up, and followed through on the scuba dive though it was heard to make some whining sounds underwater. The owner reassured onlookers that there was no unpleasantness for his furry adventurer, though.

This Russian guy is teaching his dog, Boniface, to scuba dive. Aw. Click through for more pictures of this amazing scuba diving dog. Writes the AP: "Owner Sergei Gorbunov, a professional diver in the Pacific Coast city of Vladivostok had a diving suit complete with helmet made for the dog and is teaching him the tricks of the trade. In a recent demonstration, Boniface barked eagerly as Gorbunov readied the equipment and uncomplainingly endured being hung upside-down as Gorbunov fitted the suit on him."
