An absolute shocker in tonight's UFC event, as the champion Brock Lesnar was totally dominated and then finally finished before the end of the round, in a stunning performance by young challenger Cain Velazquez!

As seen in the video linked below, Cain was able to deftly stuff all of Brock's takedowns, and land one hard blow after another on Brock, whose chin was strong but he seemed to lose his cool when getting hit so well, and eventually it caught up with him and he was knocked down repeatedly, finally getting so many blows rained on him in the MMA title fight that the referee had no choice but to step in.

The undefeated Cain Velasquez tore through Brock Lesnar in a career-defining performance, as he captured the heavyweight championship in the UFC 121 "Lesnar vs. Velasquez" main event on Saturday at the Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif. The end came 4:12 into round one, as Velasquez reached the mountaintop just nine fights into his professional career. "I trained for a five-round fight," Velasquez said. "I'm always ready for that. You can't expect an early stoppage."
