A man in south Carolina was arrested and sentenced to a whopping 10 years in prison for shoplifting, after being caught with a bighslab of meat that he said he was "massaging."

The perpetrator, Mark Zachary, had been busted for shoplifting 8 other times, leading to the harsh sentencing. He was caught with the New York Strip Steak under his coat, and challenged to reveal what he was hiding, at which point he ran from the meat market and was thten caught by an officer. He claimed he was only massaging the meat and not stealing it. Somehow believe did not believe this explanation?

A South Carolina man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for stealing an $80 slab of meat.
