Jonas Brothers Easter Concert

The Jonas Brothers are celebrating Easter in style this year, as they play a huge show on Easter Sunday at Angel stadium.

But it's not your usual pop concert. The tickets may be selling out by the minute but they won't go to all the usual young Jonas fans, because this time it is a traditional religious event, as they will perform at the Easter celebration put together by the famous Rick Warren's Saddleback Church.

The Jonas Brothers appearance was not officially advertised but Rick Warren let it leak out this week on his Twitter account. Here's hoping lots of his fans get inspired to spend a day at this service! There will be 50,000 people at the Easter event overall.

Even without any tour dates on the horizon, the Jonas Brothers will still manage to perform before a huge crowd at Angel Stadium on Easter. However, this crowd is not a mob of lovesick and star struck teenage girls (at least not all of them), but a church crowd that will gather to celebrate the miracle of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Hosting the event is Saddleback Church in Lake Forest and the word was passed along through Pastor Rick Warren's Twitter account. To their credit, nothing is advertised on the church website other than 'special guests' and 'inspiring music' at the Easter at Angel Stadium event and the 30th Anniversary celebration of the church.
