Shannon Rowbury Appeal (VIDEO)

American runner Shannon Rowbury was a favorite in the 1500 meter event at the latest world championships, but in her first heat she gave the world a shocker by falling down early on in the run.

Afterwards though, studying the tapes made it look like she may have been tripped by another contestant, and that the fall wasn't her fault. Now the US has filed an appeal and successfully gotten her another chance in the next heat, after showing that the fall was not her fault and she deserves a fair shot. See the video and link below for more details. Good to see justice served! Hope Shannon goes on to win the race, and add happier footage to her highlight reels.
