Heidi Montag made lots of people worry for her health last month, both physical and mental, when she got an incredible ten cosmetic surgery procedures done in a single day, even though she looked perfectly beautiful beforehand. Amd weeks after the procedure, Montag reports she is still "very fragile" but continues to insist the plastic surgery binge was a good idea that she does not regret.

She says she still feels the impact in her body, from the drastic range of procedures her doctors and surgeon let her get, and her body is still sore and far from fully healed. Heidi says a necessary trip home to be with her mother also slowed down her recovery. About the trip she reported, "I was hysterical the whole time, It was so hurtful. My body really set back from recovering from all the crying, stress and that traumatic experience. My insides were just throbbing and pounding but I know it's part of what I had to go through."
