John Edwards Affair News

Just when John Edwards thinks he's done being shamed for his affair with Rielle Hunter, even more embarrassment is coming.

Now Edwards, the former presidential hopeful, will have to testify in court about his affair, that ruined his political career and his marriage. And he's possibly facing criminal charges as well, as he is investigated for possibly using government money illegally to cover up his affair.

Said Edwards about the situation: "I am confident that no funds from my campaign were used improperly. However, I know that it is the role of government to ensure that this is true. We have made available to the United States both the people and the information necessary to help them get the issue resolved efficiently and in a timely manner."
