Kristen Stewart, actress and star of the Twilight movies, has a rep for being somewhat media shy and uncomfortable in interviews. But she was quite direct and to the point on her stance about gossip mongers that ask about her personal life, especially her possible relationship with Twilight movie co-star Robert Pattinson.

Stewart has seen how excessive the demands of the tabloid gossip machine can be, and knew right away she didn't want to feed it, even though normally she might be okay with discussing her relationships. She said " I'm not going to give the fiending an answer. I know that people are really funny about 'Well, you chose to be an actor, why don't you just f--ing give your whole life away?! "

I think (despite the slightly Palinesque phrasing) this is an pretty respectabe response from Kristen Stewart, as she learns to deal with all the gossip and media scrutiny that comes with her Twilight movie superstardom.

Asked about the endless rumors of her supposed off-screen romance with Pattinson, for instance, Stewart got nicely fired up. "I probably would've answered it if people hadn't made such a big deal about it," she said. "But I'm not going to give the fiending an answer. I know that people are really funny about 'Well, you chose to be an actor, why don't you just f--ing give your whole life away?! Can I have your firstborn child?'"
