John Asher, Hewitt Dating?

Has Jennifer Love Hewitt founda new man? That's the word from Hollywood sources as reports come in that John Asher and Hewitt are now dating.

John Asher is an actor and director that used to be married to Jenny McCarthy, who was recently in the news herself for her breakup with longtime partner Jim Carrey. Hewitt was with comedian Jamie Kennedy up until recenty but also had a highly publicized split just recently.

Said a friend, "They've been spending a lot of time together and are having fun. He showers her with attention and is helping her move on from her breakup with Jamie [Kennedy]."

John Asher and Hewitt most likely met on the set of her show Ghost Whisperer, where he made an appearance this season. Best of luck to the two of them in their new connection! I can't imagine being in any kind of relationship with the amount of scrutiny they'll get as celebrities.

"They are dating," a source told the magazine... Hewitt and Kennedy broke up in March after dating for a year. Asher and McCarthy were married from 1999 to 2005, and have one son, Evan, now 8.
