Charlie Sheen TV Hearing


Charlie Sheen usually revels in any attention, even if it's negative, but his recent arrest and charge of threatening his wife are apparently too ugly even for him, and he is now asking the judge in his case to ban TV cameras form his case's proceedings.

His hearing will start next week, and Sheen and his lalwyers are hoping to get some measure of privacy as the matter is settled in front of the judge. Charlie Sheen shocked the world with his wife's accusation of domestic violence, dramatized with the leak of her emotional 911 call, but the couple's attorneys are claiming they both want to patch things up and try to move on together. They are asking the judge to also rescind a ruling that the two cannot be in contact with each other.

A lawyer for Charlie Sheen has asked a US judge not to let television cameras record a court hearing next week related to allegations that he threatened his wife with a knife. The Aspen Times reported that attorney Richie Cummins wrote in a motion filed in Pitkin County District Court, Colorado, that the actor wants to preserve some privacy for his wife, Brooke, and to protect his right to a fair trial...
