Could Not Be Moved Back Because "The Network Did Not Control the Hour Starting at 2 a.m."

As NBC sets to shake up its late night schedule, Jay, Conan and Jimmy Fallon are all wonderin what happens next. But the forgotten player in the drama is Carson Daly, who's "Last Call" show may be pushed out of the schedule completely!

The network wants to move Conan and Jimmy Fallon back a half-hour, but this would leave Carson Daly out in the cold, since NBC would be unable ro relocate Daly because "The Network Did Not Control the Hour Starting at 2 a.m." Carson has handled his possible extinction with a sense of humor, appearing in a skit on competing host Jimmy Kimmel's show to pretend to be an audience member asking questions about the situation. Maybe Carson can go back to his hobby of putting out hip-hop records? He actually put out some decent singles a few years ago (running the record label, not rapping himself, just to be clear), and it might be cool to see what else he does with that.
