Yes it's true. Shayne Lamas, the former Bachelor winner, shocked the world and her family this week when she eloped with Nik Richie, whom she had apparently just met that same weekend!

Shayne, who is also the daughter of 80s heartthrob actor Lorenzo Lamas, met the bad boy on a weekend party outing in Las Vegas, and decided to get married at one of the quickie chapels there in Sin City. She announced it with a terse message on her twitter (I suppose there is no other kind), simply saying "married."

They paid a little over $500 for the "Michael Jordan" wedding package whatever that means. No word yet on how her family feels about this brash move, though perhaps they are hoping she will follow up on getting it annulled before the spring is out.

Shayne Lamas pulled a Britney Spears over the weekend. No, she didn't shave her head - the former "Bachelor" winner spontaneously got hitched in Sin City. The daughter of actor Lorenzo Lamas wed Nik Richie, founder of TheDirty.com, Sunday night at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas, TMZ.com reports. "Married," Richie simply wrote Monday on Twitter. The couple, who reportedly first met Saturday night, splurged on the chapel's "Michael Jordan Package," which includes 36 photographs and a DVD copy of the ceremony for $519.
