As seen in the photo below, Bieber was indeed captured on film in full prison garb, and in handcuffs. But he won't need a team of defense attorneys to help him with his court case, as this prison sentence is one he will only serve on television, as he is a guest on the hit TV show CSI.

The smash hit singer and pop music CD platinum seller Bieber will be playing a criminal on the show, that is sure to bring big ratings and DVD sales when it appears. Bieber has become a superstar with the teen and tween audience, while also saucily flirting with older women like Chelsea Lately and Tina Fey on Saturday Night Live.

The teen pop sensation posted a TwitPic of his "CSI" appearance on Friday with the caption, "I told you I was a BAD MAN!!" He announced his first acting gig on the CBS crime drama earlier that day with the message, "BIG DAY today ... excited. I'm ACTING!!! CSI BABY!! Im a BAD MAN!! lol." Bieber will play Jason McCann, a troubled teen who confronts the CSIs over a decision he makes about his brother, according to E! Online. "It is the beginning of an emotional story that will conclude later in the season," CBS added. Although the "Baby" singer had an "amazing day" on the set, it wasn't all work for the 16-year-old.
