Scott Moore and his husband Thomas are the talk of the town as Scott carries their child to term as a rare case of a pregnant man. But despite all the media hoopla and lots of ridicule and negative judgment, they are taking the experience with lots of poise and humor.

Thomas already has two kids from a previous relationship, who have welcomed Scott as a new parent, and Scott says with pride that "now they call me 'dad two'" And they all look with equal pride at the prospect of welcoming this new child into the family, as Scott, who like Thomas was born a woman, brings this new child to term. Quite a unique couple, both able to live as men but also able to be legally married since one of them still has their female birth certificate. If they can make this work so well, it's hard to understand the logic behind all these laws that keep some people from sharing a loving family together.

A transgender couple have revealed they are expecting their first baby in a month's time. Scott Moore - thought to be only the second 'pregnant man' to go public - is due to give birth to a boy in February, with husband Thomas by his side. The couple were both born girls and have undergone surgery to transform their sex.
