Alec Baldwin, is in trouble yet again, as he got into a scuffle with a photographer outside his NY apartment building, after a mysterious incident where his daughter called an ambulance to take him to the hospital.

Baldwin was hospitalized after his daughter called in a report that he was speaking of taking pills and "ending this" or words to that effect. Baldwin said he was in fact only taking an Ambien to sleep. After he returned to his building, he had an abrupt run-in with a New York Post photographer, and had to be pulled away and restrained by police.

Emmy-winning actor Alec Baldwin blew a gasket Thursday and attacked a photographer while police and a pack of reporters looked on with amazement. "This guy! This guy!" the actor yelled as he burst out of a lobby and grabbed New York Post photographer Tim Wiencis by the collar. Cops immediately pulled the actor off Wiencis and hustled him back inside. A witness said Baldwin was pacing around the lobby muttering: "They are the lowest scum of the Earth. They are the lowest scum of the Earth."
