Garth Brooks Performed at Barack Obama's Inauguration Celebration (VIDEO)

Even though Garth Brooks had retired years before, he made rare appearance to give a special live performance at the inauguration of President Barack Obama, as seen below.

As CMT said: "OK. Now I get it. In order to coax Garth Brooks out of his retirement, you have to, like, become president or something." He gave a rousing performance that you can watch below, in a historic concert featuring many of pop music's biggest stars. According to MSNBC, "Garth Brooks performed a medley that included "American Pie", "Shout" and "We Shall Be Free," and he brought the audience to its feet." See for yourself, and rock out with Garth and Barack.
