Deadliest Catch: Jake Harris DUI Arrest

Jake Harris, son of deadliest catch star, the late Phil Harris, was arrested last Thursday on DUI charges, accused not only of driving under the influence but also driving with a suspended license, and suspicion of involvement in a hit-and-run.

Jake's family acknowledged that the arrest occured but said he was not intoxicated and there was no accident.

Jake's dad, who starred in the "Deadliest Catch" reality show, passed away suddenly just a few months ago, and according to the shows producer's the sons were deeply affected by it. They say ""It's been tough. They're a little rudderless right now. [Phil] ran that ship, and now they're having to deal with it themselves. The question now is whether the boys will continue to follow in the footsteps and what their plans are. That's what the off-season is going to be -- they'll have to figure it out and we'll be there to support them whatever they decide."
