Kim Kardashian is only 27 years old, but the young star of..whatever it is that she is famous for.. is now admitting she has used botox to keep her looks intact.

Says Kim, "I'm totally not against plastic surgery. I've tried Botox before. That's the only thing that I've done. I've never had my nose done." This comes soon after her fellow reality TV star Heidi Montag had a terrible array of cosmetic surgery procedures done on her, leaving many questioning both her appearance and mental health issues.

About other plastic surgery procedures, people think her plastic surgeon has given her, she says "What's funny about my nose, it's my biggest insecurity. I always want to get my nose done... I went to the doctor, I had them take the pictures, he showed me what it would look like and it just didn't (look right) - I wouldn't look the same."

The socialite has dismissed repeated rumors she's had surgery on her nose, but admits she has tried the wrinkle-freezing jabs in a bid to retain her youthful looks. But Kardashian reveals she did once contemplate a rhinoplasty - and even approached a doctor to discuss the procedure.
