The official Obama family photo has been released, and as you can see it is a beautiful shot, taken by Annie Leibovitz. Leibovitz has worked with the Obama family numerous times in the past, taking photos for Vanity Fair and earlier photos during Barack Obama's Senate run in 2004, so it's only natural that the Obamas would trust her to take a good portrait.
