Adam Lambert vs. Susan Boyle!? (NEWS VIDEO)

The always outspoken and outlandish Adam Lambert is at it again, but this time he's going after a target many people won't like: none other than the world's everywoman sweetheart Susan Boyle!

Lambert, the American Idol runner up, also became a runner up to Susan Boyle when their albums debuted at the same time and Boyle's album came out ahead.

Lambert acknowledged this but was less than diplomatic about it, saying that her fellow reality TV competitor's album was "terrible" and saying that her cover songs were disrespectful, which is interesting considereing the strong negative reaction to some of his own choices. Not to mention his not always quite on key vocals, where Boyle is pretty much always flawless vocally.

Lambert said: if only it weren't for Susan Boyle. I'm happy for her success, but that album is terrible. Wild Horses is the one that made me laugh the hardest. I just died when I heard it, I was crying with laughter. It was the most horrendous, sacrilegious treatment of that song! Still, when my album charted, it was validating. I was feeling a bit attacked, like I had to vindicate something. I thought: 'Wow, look what I did.''

I like Adam Lambert and wish him nothing but the best, but he should leave Susan Boyle alone.
